I do not believe for all the termites in my local area contractors are working, and what I found is the monolithic slab walls are generally better for the basement walls and will recharge areas that are more effective in the prevention of termites and are more resistant to these things but it is better to build a block garage on a plate. a single wall can not withstand the weight of the wall of a monolithic bloc, and may collapse. But that is only my opinion, ask their local contractors can u tell more.
