Is it really bad? If not, how can I send this for myself and others recognize that not wrong?
If it's wrong, what should I do?

What is probably happening is that no version has been downloaded W7 / patch 2010 for W7.
Most companies had the same problem when it is released, Vista, XP, 2000, etc. ..
Visit the Symantec and find the compatibility patch.
Good luck!
