This is Absolutley delicious! And very easy

Clean the fish, of course, when that is done, you need

Flour
Egg
Pepper
Garlic
Lemon

Beat the eggs and beat the fish in it ..
If you cover all beside her in flour
Place in a lightly greased or butterd
smeared with pepper and garlic to your taste ..
Place in oven bake about 350
After the cooking outside the oven and cool ..
Before serving, squeeze lemon juice over it! (optional)
And hop! =)
